Therefore it is the responsibility of your customer to ensure that the venue is ready upon the image creator’s arrival (e.g., the dining hall of a restaurant must be dressed and the dishes ready, a property must be depersonalized and clean, etc.).

The quality of the assignment depends on this. It is important that the person present on-site can be easily reached. Be sure to communicate all the correct information when placing your order (correct contact name and telephone number, exact address, etc.) so that the image creator is not locked out and therefore unable to fulfill the assignment.
