Interested in completing an assignment? Here are some key points to make your photoshoot a success:
Check the Assignment Details
Client Guidelines:
Review the specific guidelines for each client. Ensure you have the necessary equipment and understand the brief to meet their expectations.
Photoshoot Location:
Confirm that the location is accessible for you.
Scheduling:
Verify if the photoshoot is already scheduled. Ensure your availability before accepting it, as rescheduling is not allowed once a photoshoot is set.
If all of the above is suitable for you, you can select and match with the assignment.
Pre-Scheduled Assignments
Do Not Contact the On-Site Contact:
For pre-scheduled assignments, do not contact the on-site contact. The appointment has already been agreed upon between the client and the restaurant.
Scheduling New Assignments
First Contact within 24 Hours:
Reach out to the on-site contact within 24 hours for assignments without a pre-scheduled date.
5 Contact Attempts:
Make at least 5 contact attempts within 3 days to schedule the shoot. Use various communication channels: Call, Email, SMS, WhatsApp.
Add to your Calendar:
Add appointments to your personal calendar using the "Export to Calendar" button.
Keep Your Assignment Updated:
If you cannot get in touch or agree on a photoshoot date with the on-site contact within 3 days, leave an update using the “Ask for help” button on the assignment page. Assignments with no updates will be unmatched.
No Rescheduling
Scheduled Photoshoots Cannot Be Modified:
Once scheduled, photoshoots cannot be changed. The support team will not consider any rescheduling requests from photographers.

If you un-match yourself less than 48Hrs from the photoshoot please inform the OCUS support team.
If you un-match yourself less than 24Hrs from the photoshoot please also inform directly the on-site contact (details received in you assignment reminder notification, 24hrs before the photoshoot date and time)
