Here are some common questions and concerns related to invoices:

An assignment is missing: Your invoice only includes assignments that have been validated and sent to the client by our teams between the first and last day of the month. For certain assignments, the appointment date may differ from the validation date.

A fee is missing: Cancellation and rescheduling fees are credited to your invoice if they occurred during the month. If you notice a fee is missing, please follow the claim process outlined in the invoice instructions (see above). Be sure to include the assignment ID or name.
- NB: Travel Fees are paid only when the assignment is validated by the client

Can I include VAT? Only photographers from France are eligible to include VAT on their invoices. Photographers from other countries are not able to include VAT.

Do you include taxes? We do not collect taxes on the amount shown on your invoice. The invoice amount reflects the actual payment made.

How are reshoots accounted for? If a reshoot was requested for an assignment, the last validation date of the assignment is used for invoicing, even if the two dates fall in different months.
