Must Provide Information on Dish Refusals

If the On-Site Contact refuses to provide all the required dishes for photography, it is essential to document the refusal properly. This helps ensure transparency and allows us to follow up with the necessary parties to resolve any issues.

What You Need to Do

If you encounter a situation where the On-Site Contact does not provide the required dishes, follow these steps:

  1. Document the Refusal

    • When uploading the images, leave a detailed comment explaining the refusal.

    • Clearly state which dishes were not provided.

    • Mention the reason given by the On-Site Contact, if any.

  2. Provide Contact Information

    • Include the name of the person on-site who refused to provide the dishes.

    • Provide their phone number or any available contact details.

Why This Is Important

Providing this information allows us to:

  • Address any misunderstandings or miscommunications with the On-Site Contact.

  • Follow up promptly to resolve the issue.

  • Ensure that all required dishes are photographed as per the agreement.

Additional Notes

  • If the On-Site Contact is unwilling to provide their name or phone number, indicate that in your comment.

  • Be professional and courteous when requesting the required dishes and explaining the need for compliance.

  • If you experience repeated refusals at a location, report the issue to OCUS.
