In challenging times like these, there is no higher priority than keeping our partners and image creators safe. We’ve been paying close attention to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and remain vigilant and proactive in our approach and response. We would like to let you know that we have required some safety measures for our image creators and how to handle their missions.
Photographers and videographers have been asked to:
- Reschedule upcoming missions if they have travelled through an unsafe environment;
- Reschedule upcoming missions scheduled in high risk, confined or quarantine zone;
- Notify you if your upcoming photoshoot is to be cancelled/rescheduled at the missions level on your dashboard - they have been encouraged to use the following hashtag #COVID19 if the mission was cancelled or postponed, which you can see at the mission level of your dashboard
We have a business continuity plan in place that is designed to minimize any disruption to our business, and in particular the support we deliver to our customers and partners. Therefore, we will be waiving all cancellation charges for the next two weeks, from March 16.
