I cannot log into the platform, what should I do?

If you can’t log into the platform, you can reset your password.

To do so, you just have to

  1. go on the OCUS website and click on “Forgot your password ?”.



2. You will receive a link to reset your password by email.




3 - Reset your password.


4 - Click on "back to login" to login with you new password 



If you don’t have any login issues but just want to change your password, you can also do it from your OCUS platform: go to your profile settings and edit your password.
