Mileage refunds are different from cancellation fees. Mileage refunds are directly put on a specific mission upon its creation on our platform. Most of the time, this concerns missions that are located in low density areas, which need mileage compensation. The travel/parking expenses remain at the charge of the photographer. Here is what to remember :
- A mileage refund cannot be requested before/during/after a mission. This kind of reimbursement is added upon the creation of the mission, and will be provided for in the mission details.
- Even when taking a mission far from your home, if the mission is postponed or canceled and no mileage refund was initially provided for in the mission details, we will not add any mileage refund.
Mileage refunds can exceptionally be applied to specific missions before/during/after a photoshoot by our operational team, but not following any request from a photographer. The mileage refund may be added only in specific circonstances, after that our team contacts you. ;)
