You can change your password by clicking on "Forgotten password" from the login page. You will receive a reset link by email. You can also change your password from your personal area by first clicking on the Settings icon on the top right corner.
Then click on the “pencil” icon in the “Confidential” section.
It is not possible to change your email address or username associated with your OCUS account from the personal area. If you wish to change an email address, you must contact our Customer Success team. You can also change any personal information (name, telephone number, etc.).
