Something unexpected happens quickly (it happens to us too, don't worry... ;), but a small change in the program can impact the photographer and can endanger the mission, that's why it's important to be aware of the conditions of changes in a photoshoot...
- Modifying the date of an upcoming shoot
To modify the date of a planned photo shoot, head to your personal area, click on the assignment in question, select the desired new date and time, and then validate.
Note that this is subject to certain conditions and can be done no later than 48 hours before the photo shoot. For example, if the photo shoot is to take place on 25/09 at 12 p.m., it can be modified from your personal area up until 23/09 at 12 p.m.
If you wish to modify the date of a photo shoot within 48 hours of the scheduled assignment, you must contact our Customer Success team. Go to the assignment page and add a comment by selecting:
To modify the date of a photo shoot less than 24 hours from the scheduled assignment, a supplement of €20 will be applied to the tariff.
- Modifying the address
Once an order is placed, you cannot modify the assignment address from your personal area. If you wish to modify the address, you must leave a comment on the assignment page with the new address or contact our Customer Success team.
Note that if the new address is not within the working area of the assigned image creator, we may have to find another image creator within the requested area.
- Modifying the package
You cannot modify the initially selected package from your personal area. If you wish to make adjustments to the package, you must contact our Customer Success team.
