If something prevents the assignment from happening (unreachable customer, refusal of the customer etc.), the photographer will change the status of the assignment so that everyone is informed about the situation.
All blocked assignments appear on the platform in your personal area.
In most cases, the photographer and OCUS will wait for your response and/or for you to remedy the situation. Once the problem has been solved, don’t forget to remove the block so that the photoshoot can take place!
