If situations prevent the progress of a shoot (customer unreachable, customer refusal, etc.), the image creator may apply a “block” to the assignment to keep everyone informed of the situation.
All blocked assignments appear on your dashboard, in your personal area.
In most cases, the image creator and OCUS will wait for your response and/or for you to remedy the situation. Once the problem has been resolved, don’t forget to remove the block so that the shoot can take place! :)
