The time the photographer spends on the location is limited and she/he will carry out the assignment in the conditions in which she/he found the premises. Therefore it is your customer’s responsibility to make sure the venue is ready upon the photographer’s arrival (e.g., the tables of a restaurant must be dressed and the dishes ready, a property must be depersonalized and clean, etc.).
The quality of the assignment depends on this. Also, it is important that the on-site person is easily reacheable. Make sure to communicate all the correct information when placing your order (correct contact name and telephone number, exact address, etc.) so that the photographer doesn’t get locked out and therefore unable to fulfill the assignment.
