What should I do if the customer has specific requests that are not included in the charter?

We do our best to ensure that you have the fewest surprises and additional requests on site that go beyond the charter and what is agreed with the client. That said, when this happens contact us through the dedicated form available on the Help Center’s home page so that we can discuss with the customer and find a solution together.

Remember, however, that sometimes specific requests are mentioned in the comments on the assignment page. In this case,these are requests that must obviously be taken into account on the spot.
