How do I get additional media or media replacement?

The number of shots delivered depends on how many you initially ordered. You cannot request additional media after delivery.

Guidelines are set with our teams to ensure that your order is respected. We deliver the media in accordance with these guidelines and with the comments you leave when placing your order. If you have new requirements, please place an additional order.

You cannot replace shots once they have been delivered.

This is why we advise you to be present on-site. If this is not possible, please specify your requirements in detail in the comments field when placing your order.

For example: “Please really showcase the terrace”, “Do not take any photographs of the bathroom”, “I want to see more main dishes than desserts on the hero” etc.
