Statuses are used to report a problem and put a mission "on hold". This means that a mission is temporarily blocked until an action has been taken by the client, OCUS or yourself as the case may be.
Customers of course have visibility over the statuses, as well as the power to act on them.
As an image creator at OCUS, you are responsible for modifying the status of your missions if necessary.
To do this, you can, at each step of a mission, report an incident to us and change the status of the mission:
Once on the mission sheet, click on the "Make changes or ask for help" button:
/!\ Important: the OCUS team will not be systematically notified in the event of a report, it depends on the problem, it is possible that only the customer is kept informed.
