Statuses are used to report a problem and place an assignment "on hold". Clients have visibility on it and can unblock it.
As an image creator at OCUS, you are responsible for changing the status of your assignments as required. To do so, go to the assignment page, scroll down to the "Assignment status" section, click on the desired status, and then validate:
Everything is going as planned.
You have not been able to speak with anyone after five calls within a 48-hour period.
- Client refusal
You have contacted the client who refuses to book a slot for the shoot, even at a later time.
- No agreed date
You could not agree on a date with the client, which temporarily blocks your intervention for the assignment. You must call the client back as soon as possible.

- Client missed appointment
You went to your appointment but the client failed to attend
