An assignment you booked may be blocked for several reasons. The table below lists a number of reasons, under different terms we call blockers, that may explain the issue and that keep you updated on when it will be resolved. It also tells you what type of notifications you’ll receive when there is an update.
The blockers are divided into two groups: before the assignment and after the assignment.

Possible reasons include:
- establishment closed: the establishment is permanently closed.
- guidelines: the on-site contact has some issues regarding the guidelines.
- has pictures: the on-site contact already has pictures.
- not interested: the on-site contact is not interested in getting any visual content.
- no show: the on-site contact did not show up to welcome the photograher.
- partner issue: there is an issue between the on-site contact and your company needs to be solved
- partnership ended: the on-site contact no longer works with your company

- in vacation: the on-site contact is on leave and will reschedule a date.
- refurbishment: the establishment is undergoing construction or is being renovated.
- waiting confirmation: the photographer is waiting for the on-site contact to confirm the appointment.
- waiting next season: the on-site contact asked to schedule the job in a different time of year.
