Note: If you're an At-Home Creator and have already claimed the Session's voucher, you can no longer drop, reschedule or cancel the Session — this cannot be undone once the voucher is claimed.
Open the Project page → tap "Drop project"
Select a reason from the dropdown
Confirm
Once confirmed, you're unassigned and the Project is released for reassignment.
Consequences
Too many last-minute unassignments will lower your rating
Repeated unassignments lead to reduced access to Projects, temporary restrictions, or a suspension review
Only unassign if a serious and unforeseen event makes it impossible to complete the Project. Scheduling conflicts you could have anticipated before accepting are not a valid reason.
