Use the voucher directly from your Project page
Check in with photo proof only — an order screenshot or a photo of the delivered food. Code entry is no longer supported
What not to do
Use it for personal purchases or another Project
Pay out of pocket if it doesn't work — Ocus does not reimburse personal expenses
⚠️ Once you claim the voucher, self-drop, rescheduling, and cancelling the session are no longer possible for this Project.
Issues

Voucher expired, invalid, insufficient amount, or restaurant not found | Don't order, don't pay the difference — report it using the voucher issue form in your Project page. I'll review it and either resolve the issue, unassign you, or cancel the Project |
Order cancelled after voucher use | No action needed |
Voucher used by mistake (personal) | Contact Support right away — the amount may be deducted, and you won't receive a new voucher |
