Uploading Media Issues: What to Do

During your assignments with OCUS, you may occasionally experience issues when uploading media through the platform. These situations may include:

  • Technical issues during the upload process
  • Uploading incorrect media by mistake
  • Being requested to upload additional images, or proactively adding more media, and encountering platform-related issues

In exceptional cases only, when uploading through the OCUS platform is not possible, you may share the media using an alternative transfer method such as WeTransfer, SwissTransfer, Dropbox, or an open Google Drive link.

When using these tools, please make sure to:

  • Share the files via a direct download link (not as email attachments)
  • Ensure the link is publicly accessible (no access requests)
  • Set the link expiration to the maximum available duration, to avoid file expiration before validation

Please note that alternative transfer methods should be used only when strictly necessary and do not replace the standard upload process through the OCUS platform.
